Goods are shipped from Italy to countries within the European Union.
Shipping to countries outside the European Union is currently not available unless expressly stated otherwise in the online shop.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during the order process and depend on:
– destination country
– weight and volume of the goods
– type of delivery
No shipping costs apply to digital products such as vouchers.
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, delivery times are as follows:
– Standard products: 3 to 7 business days
– Seasonal and food products: depending on availability and harvest periods
– Subscriptions (Seasonal Box): according to the delivery interval specified in the shop
Delivery periods begin on the day following the conclusion of the contract.
No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer.
No additional shipping costs will be charged for partial deliveries.
The payment methods available to customers are displayed in the online shop.
Possible payment methods include, but are not limited to:
– credit card
– PayPal
– instant bank transfer
– advance payment
– other payment methods shown in the shop
The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
Digital products (such as vouchers) are provided electronically by email or via the customer account.
Delivery usually takes place immediately after receipt of payment.
Subscriptions are delivered according to the delivery schedule described in the shop.
Billing is carried out using the payment method selected at the time of purchase.
As the subscription contains food products and seasonal goods, the delivered items are excluded from exchange and return, insofar as legally permissible.
For consumers, all prices include the statutory value added tax.
For business customers, prices may be displayed net of VAT. VAT will be shown separately where applicable.
Goods remain the property of JP Gusti until full payment has been received.
For orders placed by business customers, different statutory provisions may apply, particularly with regard to:
– right of withdrawal
– warranty periods
